02What we collect
When you fill in the contact or valuation form: your name, phone number, email address and message; on the valuation form also the property's area, compound name, type, size and whether you intend to sell or let. When you visit the site, technically: which listing you viewed and which page a request came from. The site uses a single strictly necessary cookie that remembers your language; no advertising or analytics cookies are used. Identity numbers, home addresses and financial information are not collected through this site.
03Why
To reply to your enquiry, present properties matching your criteria, arrange viewings and communicate with you while a brokerage agreement is being formed. Your enquiry is routed to the advisor covering that area.
04Legal basis
Article 5/2-c (necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Marketing messages are sent only with separate explicit consent.
05Who we share it with
Your data is not sold and is not passed to third parties for marketing. It is processed only where strictly necessary to provide the service, and only for that purpose: the hosting provider that runs the site, the email service that delivers enquiry notifications (Resend, United States — a transfer abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK), and public authorities where the law requires it.
06How long we keep it
For at most two years after your enquiry is concluded, or longer where legislation requires. At the end of that period the data is deleted or anonymised.
07Your rights
Under Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, and object to a result reached solely through automated analysis.
08How to apply
