Belkıs Konakları

Belkıs Konakları is a 74-home compound in Uskumruköy. That scale sits between the boutique sites and the large settlements: big enough to sustain shared facilities, not so big that internal traffic becomes a problem.

The facility list is among the widest in the area: 24/7 security, an outdoor pool, a gym, football and basketball courts, a social club, a billiards and table tennis room, a meeting room, a children's park, multi-purpose sports courts and a generator system.

The villa in our portfolio is 5+2 at 350 m² gross / 300 m² net. Its flexible plan allows extra rooms to be created — worth considering for a buyer who wants a villa they can rearrange to their own taste.
