Fema Garden

Fema Garden is one of the well-appointed compounds in Uskumruköy. Two things set the villa in our portfolio apart.

First, the plan: across 400 m² gross, every bedroom is en-suite. The garden floor has a living room opening onto the pool and garden; the entrance floor has two bedrooms with dressing rooms and en-suites; the roof floor has two more of the same.

Second, how it is sold: the villa is offered unfinished. The buyer can specify the interior from scratch, or proceed immediately with the architectural plan already drawn. For someone who would rather build than rework a finished house, that is a rare starting point in this area.

The villa has its own pool and garden.
